18 days left….

We are getting so close! I am so excited. We are wrapping up some big projects and working a million little ones.

Ashley is steaming chair covers, Doug is working on paper designs, Sabrina is working on the programs, I am packing and organizing all the items for the reception. It is getting crazy at the shack!

My bridesmaids threw me an AMAZING shower this past Sunday! And did I mention it was a SURPRISE. They got me…Janessa flew in town to tell me the surprise. I will have to blog all about it alter! :) I had quite a few surprise out of town guests! It was so wonderful.

Tomorrow is work, floral appts, choosing photos to the framed for the wedding and NFP class! It is so busy!

I am so blessed to be surrounded by amazing people. I have wonderful friends and family. I am one lucky girl. LOVE!

Bachelorette Beach Weekend!!

I know I say this all the time, but I must say it again: I have the best friends and family any girl could ask for.

This past weekend, twelve of us headed to Orange Beach, Alabama. We had such fun.

I fear my blog postings might become short this month as we ramp up for the wedding. I will do my best!

I do want to send a special thank you to all of my girls that made the weekend so amazing. I love you all so very much. I especially want to thank my maid of honor/sister/bestest friend in the world – Ashley. You are amazing! I love you girl.

1 month!

Well, we are down to one month! I am not freaking out…yet. :)

I have only two rooms left in our block. If someone needs them, please let me know.

My to do list is still over a page long, but the thing on it are much smaller than they used to be. It is time to put all the final touches. I am so very excited to marry Doug. He is my favorite!

Here are a few FUN things left to do:

• Finalize alcohol (how much and what) – if you want to help, let me know!
• Tasting for the Reception
• Tasting for the rehearsal dinner
• Bridal photos next week!
• Steam 125 chair covers! What? that is fun!!

Lisa & Steve get hitched!

Last weekend two awesome kids got all married up. Their wedding was beautiful and the reception was a blast! We danced and danced.

Crawfish boil? Sure!

While Andrew was in town over St. Patrick’s Day weekend, we decided to boil some crawfish for him. We decided to do this in about 10 minutes and proceeded to pull out the pots, pick up crawfish and start the water boiling. Doug was a bit late from work so it was a team effort (thanks Kim!)!
