The weekend following Mardi Gras, DB and I headed out to Apolline to celebrate V-Day2. Since V-Day1 was Mardi Gras Saturday, we clearly could not celebrate our love while parades were rolling. 
He started the date out with giving me a kindle. dawwww
I gave him a guitar hook to hang his mothers acoustic guitar in our office. dawww again.
Then I gave him some funny cards and he wrote me a note.
I found these, but I don’t think I ever showed them. We will see if he reads this blog…

At dinner we ordered plenty of food!
This was only the first course. We might have splurged a bit.
