Can I just say how awesome my friends and family are? They are off the scale amazing and wonderful.
I am very strapped for time so expect another post with pictures later…BUT I will share a bit of it with you.
First of all, I had an amazing team come to stuff wedding invitations on Saturday. Thank you so much to Mom (the surprise guest!), Ashley, Cynthia, Courtney, Sarah, and Lori! A special thank you to our chef, Doug! He was in the kitchen all day cooking gumbo. Thanks baby!
We did finished stuffing all the invites on Saturday. It took the seven of us 4 hours to stuff, stick, seal and glue all of the invites. They turned out amazing!
On Sunday, Doug, Ashley and I went to Hammond for FAMILY DAY (and to celebrate my birthday with my parents.) They made me some funny traditional signs as we celebrated my birthday in many colorful ways (I will explain later) and by having a wonderful birthday dinner. I even got to see Alex as he passed through from Houston to Covington. It was a fantastic day!
