Commander’s Palace, The Insectarium and Brunch at Appoline! July 2015

Doug asked DJ and Steve to accompany us to the Chef’s table at Commander’s Palace for his big birthday dinner and they accepted!IMG_2544We got all gussied up and ready to go!IMG_2554

We wobbled home and played card games. It was such a fun night.

During their visit we also went to the Insectarium, but I only have a few pics:

I think Bailey really like the Insectarium. I can skip the roaches, but the butterflies make it all worth while. After the Insectarium we ate at High Hat and had to go take naps. It was so good!

The final day they were in town we brought them to brunch at Appoline. Their bloody mary was impressive!

Sadly, they left, but the visit was so very fun. Come back in the winter so we can do outdoor things! July was just too hot for some fun things! Open-mouthed smile
